DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made after full payment of the order.

Delivery to France:

3 to 5 days after confirmation by sending an e-mail of dispatch of the order.

Delivery to Europe:

5 to 10 days after confirmation by sending an e-mail of dispatch of the order.
​
Delivery to international destinations listed by the site:
-
10 to 30 days after confirmation by sending an e-mail of dispatch of the order.

These deadlines are given for information only and are in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer:

the award of damages;
-
cancellation of the order.
Return policy
The customer has a period of 14 days, in accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, from the date of receipt of his order to return it without having to justify for no reason.

However, the return costs remain at his expense.
​
Whatever the nature of the product(s) to be returned, it (they) must imperatively be in its (their) original transport packaging and in its (their) individual packaging(s).
The products must be in the state in which they were sent, in particular for the textiles, the returned products must not have been worn, washed, ironed or transformed, and carry the composition and size labels.

The returned product must imperatively be accompanied by its order and the completed return form to be downloaded HERE.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the site administrator has a period of 30 days to examine the eligibility of the return and proceed with the refund if necessary.

The fact of ordering on the Fifty Miles site implies the buyer's acceptance of these return and refund conditions.
